The Rosthern Longhorns ended their 2010 football season with a 36-14 loss to the Watrous Wildcats in the Provincial semi-finals. The game was played in Watrous on a beautiful fall day. The Longhorns finished the season with an 8-1 record and enjoyed a fun-filled and successful season. The Watrous Wildcats went on to win the Provincial Championship by defeating Hudson Bay 80-35 on November 6.

The Longhorns enjoyed a great season of cooperative football with players from both Rosthern Junior College and Rosthern High School. The spirit, dedication and cameraderie on the team was outstanding. Special thanks to seniors Luke Warkentin, Jordan Wiens, Adam Rempel, Evan Brockman and Dan Dueck for their contributions and leadership.
