The Rosthern Longhorns travelled to Hafford on Thursday, Oct. 22 to play an exhibition game against the Hafford Vikings. The Longhorns won the game but that was secondary. The purpose of the game was to keep sharp for the upcoming provincial playoffs as well as give all players on the team game action. The Longhorns wore white practice jerseys for the game since the Vikings also have blue jerseys. Thanks to the Vikings for hosting this game.

Michael Holmes made his debut at offensive end blocking well and catching two passes. Here he eyes the Viking defender after a long gain.

Daniel Dueck also got into the action. Here he carries the ball behind the block of Erik Epp for a big gain. He later finished the drive with a touchdown reception.
