RJC hosts the Alumni Tournament

Re-living the 'Glory Days'

On the past weekend, the alumni hosted their annual fall tournament with volleyball, soccer and football games all occurring. In the volleyball tournament there were 4 guys teams and 5 girls teams participating. After some phenomenal volleyball play and abundant use of A5-35, champions were crowned. (but not really, they were just more sore) The venerable staff team won the guys side (with only one ringer this year) and the most not old team and yet not young team won the girls side. Great fun was had by all. In the soccer and football games, many of the younger alumni and a few of the older ones came out and showed their fancy footwork, speed and scoring touches on a bright, sunny October day. Can't wait to do it again!

Shirley Regier, Maxine Dick, Denelda Fast and Debbie Regehr congratulate each other on a play well done!

Staff member, Margo Willie along with Maxine Dick are on the job. They had lots to prove to their opponents....especially their daughters!

Denelda Fast, tournament organizer, attended the event in full force. All five of her kids played in the various weekend activities.

Debbie played against two daughters during the tournament.

Tammy Forrester shows she still has 'it'.

Former student and staff member Lorraine Harder calmly keeps the ball in play.

Miguel Gaudet and Jeff Harder team up on one of the 'younger' men's teams!

The long arms of Nic Wiens is hard to get by!

David Swab, (former RJC football player) wows us with his volleyball ability.
