The Winter sports season at RJC has revved up to high gear. Upon returning from holidays, all
sports teams jumped into a demanding game and tournament schedule.
The curling team traveled to Waldheim for a game and expects a return game from Waldheim the first week in February. The team continue to prepare for conference playoffs. They will be held February 5th and 6th in Langham.
Both basketball teams had active tournament schedules in the New Year and continue to improve. On double header Wednesdays both teams can be seen in action at home! Check our schedule on the website for our next game time.
The boys next game action is a tournament at LCBI the weekend of January 29th. Play will continue at home on Wednesday Feb 3rd vs Hague.

The Midget hockey team faced some losses early in January, but has recently returned to its winning ways. “We’ve been passing good, and the chemistry is there, so it’s been fun,” said Isaac. League play is drawing to and end with the Wheat Kings hosting Shellbrook on Monday February 1st.
