It has been a busy couple of weeks for our athletic teams since returning from the Christmas break. It has been full steam head for all four of the basketball and hockey teams. Each team has been playing many home and away games to finish out league play. Below are highlights from some of the games.
The girls and boys basketball teams have had games against Stobart, VCA, SCS, and Martensville in January. The boys also participated in a tournament in Middle Lake. Although there were no scheduled games during exam week, play should resume next week to finish out league play.

The boys Wheat Kings hockey team have been working on completing league play as well. They have exchanged home and away games with Beardy's, Dalmeny, and Cudworth. The highlight for the boys was a sound win against Hague at home in the 'Hockey Day' challenge.  |

The girls Wheat King team has been on the road to as far as Neilburg, Rosetown and Elrose. League play for the girls is drawing to a close with a trip to Kerrobert this coming Saturday
