The girls volleyball team were away this weekend at LCBI in Outlook for their last tournament of regular season play before Regional playoffs next weekend in Hague. The girls had a slow start and were ranked 6th in the round robin play but battle back to play against Wakaw in the gold medal match. Congratulations girls on your Silver Medal.
The boys hosted 6 teams in their home tournament this past weekend. We had great matches against Evan Hardy and Ile-a-Crosse but were eliminated from playoff play. Sturgeon Lake went on to take the gold from Clavet in the final match.

The boys soccer team travelled to Middle Lake on Friday Oct 25th. They lost their first game to the home team of Middle Lake 5-2. They went on to win their next two games against Maymont and Ecole Laval. They ended up consolation side champions. 5th in the province is a great finish boys!

The Longhorns came out strong against Hudson Bay in the Provincial Quarter Final on Saturday Oct 26th. The Longhorns controlled the game right from the start. This win advances them to the Semi Final against Wynward. This game will be played on the RHS football field Nov 2nd at 1 oclock.
