Longhorns Football vs PACI

The Rosthern Longhorns continued their impressive season with another dominating win at home against the PACI/SLCS Golden Bears.  The Longhorns veteran laden team continues to improve in all facets of the game and their young players are receiving valuable game time experience.

Defensive End Jared gets a good upfield push on the outside shoulder of the Golden Bear blocker.

Josh (10) and Jem head downfield a full speed to cover the opening kick off.

Michael pivots to hand the ball off to Ryan as the offensive line surges to open a hole for him up the middle.

Jem continues his strong and aggressive play along the defensive line.

Matthew has added a lot of speed and shiftiness to the offence this year after several years away from competitive football.

Ryan uses an effective stiff arm to ward off the Golden Bear defender in the open field.

Morgan demonstrates good tackling form as he takes down the PACI ball carrier.

Josh has performed very well as a rookie quarterback.  Here he looks to pass to Jordan who is wide open!

Paul looks to cut around the block of Matthew as he carries a kick off.

Josh shows his kicking form as he attempts a convert while Michael holds the ball.

An offensive line of Brendan, Jake and Jordan prepare to block for Josh at quarterback.

Morgan cuts off the running lane for the Golden Bear ball carrier and gets set to make the tackle.

Jake does an excellent job of sustaining his block downfield.

Brendan had his best game of the season with several long runs and a touchdown!
