The Rosthern Midget Wheat Kings finished their season in fine style winning the SVMHL League and Playoff Championships with a convincing 2-0 series win over Aberdeen. The Wheat Kings dominated their league with an undefeated regular season and playoff record. Overall, the team only lost two games all season!
The Wheat King season was a success not only because of their won-loss record and first place finish. It was a season of hard work, discipline, strong team play and good effort. The players are to be commended for their willingness to work as a team and for their commitment to good sportsmanship! Way to go!!!
