The girls' soccer team played to a victory over Martensville on Monday, Oct.18. 2010.
On Wednesday, we played against LCBI and lost by 1 goal.
On Saturday, Oct. 23, we played District playoffs at VCA at Osler. Our first game was a very challenging game against Se Se Wa Hum. Both teams gave it all they had which resulted in a tie game at the end of regulation and two five minutes overtimes so we had to go to a shootout. Due to a stellar performance from Kate MacArthur as keeper we won the shoot out. This brought us to play against VCA half an hour later who had fresh legs and they successfully won the district championship. We are looking forward to Provincials next week and encouraged that we qualified on our own merit! Below are a few pictures from the Martensville game.
