It was a busy weekend as RJC hosted it's annual home volleyball tournament. The girls hosted 9 teams and round robin play was held in our gym as well at the RHS gym. The boys hosted 5 teams for the weekend.
The girls fared well in their pool. The matches were packed with exciting rallies and close games. RJC girls were defeated by Lanigan in the semi finals. Lanigan went on to be defeated by Macklin in a very close final game. Macklin went home with the tournament plaque.

The boys volleyball had a strong showing at their home tournament this past weekend. The boys had a number of close games in the round robin, winning five sets as well as dropping five. This was good enough for them to make the playoffs. In the semi-final, the boys played a good game against Saskatoon Christian School, but unfortunately came up a bit short. The tournament was won by Evan Hardy in a close game over Saskatoon Christian. Congratulations to the boys on a well played tournament.
