Wheat Kings Midget Hockey Final

The Rosthern Midget Wheat King season ended with a series of three exciting and competitive games in the playoff finals against the Hague Midget Royals. Rosthern won the first game at home 4-2 while Hague took the second. This set up a final winner take all game in Rosthern. The match was an exciting high scoring affair which saw Hague take the gold medal with an 8-6 win. Thanks to the entire team for an entertaining season of hockey, to coaches Ralph Epp, Jim Epp and Allan Bisson as well as team manager John Ayres for all of their time and efforts!
